Government says that secondary schools should allow students to use their phones in class from now on

The government says that too many children are too distracted and more uninterested in their school work therefore deciding to allow pupils on their phones as long as they put their phones down at important times such as a fire drill, register calling, or assembly time. This was a harshly debated area as some representatives thought this would lead to the opposite effect wanted. So far, they are ignoring those representatives who are arguing against this act.
