Going into custody

As we all know the month of July is a great month fire work, and cook outs well not for this young 16 year old teenager Kevin Martinez will enter custody at the Warren County Sheriff Department/ McMinnville,Tn. As we caught on footage he was vandalizing property, and stealing signs from peoples houses. more information is yet to come holding bond!
