To all male students, faculty, and staff of Heide Trask High School:
The HTHSD District is required to conduct a mandatory penis inspection on all male
students, faculty, and staff at Heide trask high School in accordance with Health Code 951.This
year’s penis inspection will take place on Monday,October 25, 2021 at 3:30PM. All
circumcised males should report to the Main Gym, and all uncircumcised males should
report to the Small Gym. There will be only ONE make-up date on Friday, Oct. 29, 2021 at
3:30PM. If you are unable to attend either inspection date, a District official can arrange to meet
with you on your own time call (910) 602-6810 to arrange an appointment).
