Was kokichi based of a real human?

On the 1st of September 2021 a human who naturally looked and sounded like Kokichi Ouma was found, this surprised many fans greatly and made many happy. The “real-life Kokichi’ is now living in Sydney NSW, he was found when he posted a video on ‘Tik Tok’ stating: “I am Kokichi Ouma nishishi”. When asked on ‘Tik Tok’ why ‘had he kept his secret hidden’ Kokichi answered ‘ Well I was scared people would make fun of me or try killing me. Later on, all Kokichis posts were deleted and only a picture of him on ‘Instagram’ was left. He didn’t look like kokichi on this post.
