Tamara Tunie (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit) crosses over onto the brand new upcoming Law & Order: SVU spin-off series, Law & Order: Major Autopsies. Tunie will portray Chief M.E. Melinda Warner as the lead role, Leslie Hendrix will reprise her role as Assistant Chief M.E. Elizabeth Rodgers in this series as a series regular and Lance Reddick will reprise his role as M.E. Taylor in a recurring role in the series. However, one episode will bring back Jefferson Mays as Deputy Chief M.E. Carl Rudnick after Warner finds a shocking piece of evidence linked to the murders committed by Carl Rudnick.
This series will introduce some brand new cast and characters:
– Famke Janssen will portray M.E. Sophie Hutz in a main role.
– Frank Langella will portray Elias Kwasi in a recurring role.
– Franco Nero will portray Sasha Rakero in a recurring role.
