A lady caught on camera July 26th around 2 p.m. enters a Target loads her purse and walks out without paying suspect is known by the name Hollie Williams has been seen on camera in multiple targets in the DFW area target employees say the suspect has entered Target multiple times a day walking out without paying if you have information on this suspect please contact the Dallas Police Department 214-671-4500
