Raleigh NC. //GolfWorld LLC has chosen and announced from over 100 finalist the golf course superintendent of the year for 2021. Mr. Chris Chapman (Old North State Club), a long time employee of McConnell Golf LLC and CGCS is the winner of the annual award. Mr. Chapman gives credit to his trusty crew, precise equipment technicians and his dedicated chemical applicator to his success. “Without my crew and my dear friend Josh Kahl I would be lost in a sea of turf”, states Chris.
Mr. Chapman resides in Stanly County, NC where he enjoys biking, running and working out in the wee hours before dawn and likes to spend his quiet evenings with his family. Congratulations Chris!
