Carter James Evans was found dead on Martin Luther Kings Blvd in Atlanta, Georgia earlier today.
Eye witnesses reportedly said the incident started after Mr. Evans approached black teenagers and screaming “GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY IN THE JUNGLE YOU DUMB SHIT SKIN NIGGERS FUCK YOU”
He was then shot 17 times in the chest and twice in the anus.
The funeral will be in lubbock texas this Saturday.
