(LS CHANNEL 13 NEWS) Police responded to a call of shots being fired on the 1800 Block on Grove Street..When police arrived they spotted 16 year old identified as Rodney Williams lying on the ground with multiple gun shot wounds..
Witnesses say that Rodney got into an physical altercation with a male,that’s when the male decided to withdraw an Glock 27 from his hoodie pocket and shoot Rodney in the head..The male then stands over Rodney and shoots him in the face 4 more times..
Rodney was dead on arrival..
