14 Year old Acused of Rape

Young boy was in his house alone with his older brother when he heard his door crack open. This your boy that cannot he identified because he is under age became scared as he was being strangled, he didn’t know who this person was until he realized it was his brother. This young boy was abused for hours as his brother raped him. The older brother who can also not be identified because of his age is now serving major time in prison with other judges saying he should serve life.
