Yakima’s 13 year old Nathan Byrd found dead at a local pharmacy

Nathan Byrd was found dead this afternoon at a local Fred Meyer Pharmacy around 2:00 with his mother, Jen, and Father, Andy. Police will be investigating furthermore later this evening
