WhatsApp may be banned

Good Afternoon,
This morning Ann Read( manager of WhatsApp) happened to say that there has been chaos last evening between 4 young girls on a WhatsApp group called Five+ seven. They have recently been saying bad language which is not expected at their age. We would not like to take further action just yet without knowing the truth but if this does consider to happen again we would like to ban WhatsApp as a whole.
Police have told a numerous of people if they have clues of who is on that group to let the police know. Thank you for your help and consideration! A picture of the 4 girls have been uploaded below, please take your time to see if you know anyone from that picture.
