Teenage girl Celia Harper was shot and tragically killed by a drive by shooting. This tragic accident happened last night walking home late at night on Colvin Blvd and Brighton Rd. Witnesses say that they saw a white 2018 Honda CR-V. If anyone has seen this car around please call 716-461-0461. Witnesses also say they saw a tall white man with black hair and glasses driving and another man with black hair also and they both were wearing all black sitting in the passenger seat.
