Nael Amin Qadir dies in a shootout.

12 year old, Nael Amin Qadir was shot and killed by Afgani Talibans. He and his mother were shopping in F/11. When they came in with a jeep. They shot him with 2 rounds of an AK-47. All suspects have been arrested, and are in custody.
