Mark elms the know pyromaniac has been spotted in the ilkley area back starting fires in his garden once again. Neighbours of the fire obsessed man have said many embers from the flames have been going through into there gardens. He is stocking up on wood taken from his friends. he is crazy and still on the loose, WATCH OUT!
