Rapper YNW Melly has been found shot dead in a Walmart parking lot Near A Officer. People Say Melly escaped jail and ran to Walmart. Minutes later Melly refused to put his hands up and he tried to run. The officer told him to stop and he didn’t. So the officer had no choice but to shoot him.
