Kid Found Dead In Lake

On July 15th, Ryan Garcia West was found dead in Spring Lake Park. The Texarkana Police Department made a statement on the matter. Chief of Police said “ Last night Ryan Garcia West was found dead in Spring Lake Park. The cause of death is still unknown when we found the bound it seemed horribly mutilated Investigations are still ongoing”.
