Hurricane Elsa Will Be Hitting Texas Now

Following the cone of Elsa on Monday July 5, the category 3 hurricane is shaping towards Louisiana and Texas. Governors are planning hurricane attacks, in order to not cause panic for people in Texas and Louisiana as hurricane gets bigger.
