CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) – The Cleveland Division of Police has issued a missing juvenile alert for a 15-year-old girl.
Asja Collins was last seen Saturday, July 3.
She is 5’0” and 100 lbs.
Pham is known to frequent the areas of West Blvd., Champion Ave. and W. 100th St.
