Young California Girl Kills Herself Over Cyber-Bullying

Thirty minutes ago in Folsom,CA young Jessica Whittier only 9 years old committed suicide due to multiple online threats and cyber-bullying attacks. Police are now on the the search for Cece Madrigal and Payton Anderson. These two girls 12 and13 years old with both soon be arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder for encouraging this 9 year old girl to end her life.
