TikTok star Josh Richards charged with sexual assault!

TikTok star Josh Richards has recently been charged with sexual assault after reportedly having sexual intercourse with his girlfriend, Nessa Barrett, without her consent. Nessa has now told the public that she will be pressing charges against Josh and will be finding a lawyer. The set court date is to be September 17th, 2021.
