Pillows making scabs and bumps appear on people!!!

This boy woke up one day and found this on the back of his head to discover it was from the cotton in the pillow! The cotton that was picked from the fields was covered in bed bugs that came from the field workers clothes, and now all the cotton from Arkansas is infected with bed bugs!
