Katlyn Carnes, 46 arrested for the murder of her two step children. Her trial will be held in 3 weeks

There was a disturbing 911 call from a nearby neighbor who heard screaming coming from the house and police arrived to scene to see the two kids dead and Katlyn laughing in the corner. She was arrested and refused bond. Her trial now awaits.
