James E. Jenkins Jr. found dead after a tragic swimming accident.

Sixteen (16) year old, James E. Jenkins Jr. found dead after hanging with two (2) other male friends. It was said that he drowned by being held under by both of the males until he didn’t move. The two males were taking into custody for 2nd degree murder. That’s all we know so far. We will keep you updated.
