Girl Named Zing Par shot and killed

A girl named Zing Par has been shot and killed south side Indianapolis, researchers has said her Mom has shot her with a 12-Gate 6.5 Grendel Rifle, Mom says that she only did that because she has caught her with a Vape smoking in her Camera Roll.
