County JJ ghost.

A woman died on September 15th 2003. She lived on the first house on county JJ. Reports have said people have seen the woman on the street and by the house. The owners of the house are Toby and Michelle Rugotzke. People who have lived there said that the dead woman likes to turn on sinks to scare the children. She appears at night. Thats it for today.
