13 year old charged for the shooting of Davion James.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) – – 13 year old, Aaliyah Park has been charged for shooting 14 year old, Davion James. Witness say Aaliyah and a couple of teens were walking around the neighborhood of Hiram Clarke at approximately 10pm. Davion wanted to pick a fight with Aaliyah and the other teen while seconds later Park pulled out a gun and shot Davion in the stomach.
