Tabitha Conley arrested after fatal hit in Galion

GALION- An arrest has been made following a fatal hit-and-run in Galion, Ohio on Wednesday morning.

Galion police say 15 year old Tabitha Conley, dragged a woman on Wilson Ave at 11:55am
