Sophia Williams pronounced dead Tuesday, May 25

13 year old Sophia Williams born on February 27th was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say she was murdered by a middle aged man with brown hair and blue eyes about 6,3 if you find anything matching the description please contact Effingham police department.
