If you didn’t know, recently a lot of female rappers like Remy Ma, Lil Kim, Cardi B, City Girls,etc. have been dissing Shy for what reason?
Well, almost no one knows, but Cardi B tweeted ‘i regret doing motorsport with that bitch’
The Barbz (Shy’s fanbase name) pretty much attacked Cardi B online after she tweeted that.
About a week later, Shy was interviewed on The Breakfast Club, and she responds to the tweet in the interview saying…
“…and you know, some girls wanna be another girl that is doing better, and I’m not trying to be, you know, cocky or anything, but you know, a lot of these NEW female rappers are like that, and I would say that she’s one of them. I don’t know why she just all of a sudden started gettin’ all mad at me, like she should be VERY happy she was ON Motorsport,she is very lucky, because a lot of girls wanna be on a song with Shy Smith. I try my best to reach out to them, but still, a lot of girls do, and you should be very grateful that you got a song with me. ‘Cause now you’re not even grateful, when a lot of girls in the rap game would be.”
That was her response to Cardi B. She also responded to more female rappers that dissed her at that same interview.
City Girls’ Yung Miami tweeted ‘@SHYSMITH is waaaaaaaaack!’
Then, about a year later (2021), Shy Smith stopped posting and tweeting things for a while. When she came back, she stated she needed a break and had to spend time with family. After she posted STUNNING pictures of herself and family, Yung Miami

City Girls stated last year they both are not fans of Shy. They gave her a lot of hate and tried to prove they both were better rappers. But not only did the Barbz prove City Girls wrong, a lot of people who were fans of other rappers proved them wrong too.
Shy said in the interview as she responded to them both…
“City Girls are the definition of BI-POLAR! They always switch up. Just last year Yung Miami from City Girls was calling me whack, trash, shit, horrible, all that stuff. And now she’s begging for me to unblock her on Instagram and saying I looked great when she was just talking shit about me not that long ago. Those girls are honestly nuts.”
She also responded to Lil Kim and Remy Ma who both said that she was a copy and didn’t write her lyrics. Shy responded by saying this:
“i write all my shit, thanks! Yeah, maybe I got some writers to write A LITTLE BIT, like just a fucking sentence for me, but thats it. Remy, nobody wants to copy your felony ass, and Kim, nobody wants to copy your looks, ’cause bitch, you look like Miss Piggy.”

She dissed them all in Roman Revenge saying…
“So f-ck, I look like gettin’ back to a has-been?
Yeah, I said it, has-been”
In this line, she’s talking about Remy Ma and Lil Kim. Lil Kim and Remy are known for being rappers back then, and aren’t that popular anymore.
“You need a job, this ain’t cuttin’ it
Shy Funaro is who you ain’t f-ckin’ with!”
In this line, she’s talking about Cardi B and the City Girls trying to take down her career.
“But…
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!”
In this line, she talking about every female rapper that is dissing her, basically saying she’s had enough of all the hate and lies.
“Is this the thanks that I get for puttin’ you bit-hes on?”
In this line, she’s saying to Cardi B and City Girls, basically saying she made them.
“Is it my fault that all of you bi-ches gone?”
Here, she’s saying to Remy and Kim that when she came, they went down and she went up.
