Neuqua Valley High School Student Fails Penis inspection

Raymond Klug (15) was suspended and punished last Friday after failing the Neuqua Valley penis inspection. Cocks at Neuqua are required to have a length of at least 5 inches and no more than 9 with a max girth of 4 inches. Principal Lance Furher said “we at neuqua take our cock sizes very seriously. Every male student knows the rules and it has been made very clear to them since they were railed by me as freshmen. No cock shall be longer than my shlong and no tiny cocks either”. It is rumored that Klug did not meet the 5 inch minimum but no further information has been released.
