NC Man Wins 12 million scratch off.

Mike Wilson of Raleigh NC scratched a ticket from a local convenience store Friday afternoon. After he was done scratching it he was in disbelief that he had won the jackpot for 12 million dollars. “I’m not sure what I’m going to as of right now” said Wilson.
