M25 CLOSED CLOCKWISE J8-J16

The M25 motorway will be closed for the remainder of the day due to a unforeseen circumstances.
Highways agency have advised us that affected section of the motorway is J8-J16, and that essential works are being undertaken and it unlikely those will be done before 6am tomorrow morning.
Highways England spokesman said,
“Litter picking is essential, and is a danger to traffic and animals. We found this afternoon the best time to close it.”
Unfortunately it also clashes with closures of the m4 due to bridge engineering failures.
