Gwen Williams Arrested for Violation of Property

Williams was found in Imperial, Missouri with 5 of her friends. She is now charged for violating the city guidelines. She is now being held inside the jail. We are still on the lookout for her friends. Two small blondes and three tall brunettes on the run.
