They couldn’t see that it was him with the naked eye because his toupee and fake tan was washed of/ fell of.

Joe Biden set up a memorial for him because his children are partying it up. It is clear that his family didn’t love him. We will still mourn the tragic loss of the man because many of us will not be able to rant about him but we will get past this.
