5th grader jane berman died due to local supermarket work joe

Jane berman was hit by a a rock thrown by joe merrell. Joe says that the girl had robbed the a hamster from his pet store. He then said that he threw a rock at her to stop her from stealing the hamster. He is now in 8 years of jail for murder.
