23 year old man arrested after domestic teriost

23 year old man named Richard Bernard was arrested for mass shooting/bombing at a subway train in New York City 11 people dead but 4045 brutally injured 7 men went on to a subway in Harlem New York City and 3 men named Arthur Rex, Lance Quinnston, and Joseph Greco. They pulled out guns and held the people on the train at gunpoint and threatened they’d shoot them if they moved. They said they were going to take the train somewhere and steal it. A man killed the driver and started driving the train. Than they drove the hijacker drove the train far out of the subway and ended up driving it on a different kind of train track
