15 Year Old From Carrol County Kentucky Dead in Car Accident

15 year old, Caleb Payton, from Carrol County Kentucky was killed in a car accident last Saturday night on his was to prom. The police say Payton died at the scene, the other passenger is suffering minor injuries and is recovering now. Police say the driver lost control of the vehicle and drove off the road and hit a tree.
