12 year old, Jyionte Tucker was on the block of Elm Street when a black dodge challenger pulled up and began shooting. Jyionte began to shoot back, but He tragically was hit in the head and died on the scene. police say, The black dodge then fled the scene and crashed the killers are now in custody.
