Zack Lugo, the tiktok star was found dead April 28, 2021. He was found by Emma Brooks Mcallister (his girlfriend). She has been devastated all day. He died of a heart attack, he was only 19 years old. His girlfriend said he always talked about his favorite fanpage, @.cutiezack.
