Two DC Teens Get VIP Seats at Taylor Swift Concert After Sending a Fan Letter as a Joke

Two DC teens, Peyton Moseley (15) and Juliana Gately (14) were fooling around sending fake “fan mail” to multiple celebrities. “We were just having fun.. I don’t know. We didn’t actually expect to get anything back; I mean they’re really busy people,” said Gately (14) in an interview with us last Wednesday. The alleged fooling around turned into a big shock for the two when Moseley (15) found mail addressed to her address from “Swift Association & Team Corporate” just days later. “I immediately texted Juliana; I was like just in so much disbelief; I couldn’t believe it,” Moseley told us in the interview. The teen found a slip of paper inside with a printed link on it. “I opened my phone and typed up the link and I think I died; like I don’t even remember what happened after that.” The page showed two printable tickets for both of the girls, each saying “VIP- you have earned utmost front seats to Taylor Swift at Foxborough, MA- Gillette Stadium.” We asked the girls how they felt about this, knowing that it all started with a joke. “I’m still so excited; hopefully even with COVID we can still go. I need to learn some of her songs before I go, though!” Juliana (14) laughed. “Yeah, same. It’s gonna be really fun; I never expected this,” agreed Moseley (15).
