Joey “Jo” Richards kidnapped Cat Helm, Emeri Smith-Neverson, & Ariana Smith-Neverson.
Trey Neverson found him and shot him for kidnapping his kids, and raping Emeri.
He is now sentenced to 36 years in jail, unless someone bails him out. It costs 128,300 dollars.
