Tragic death of young girl

9-year old girl Jasmin has been shot outside of Herne Hill. She was with a 14-year old girl who appears to be her sister.Now as I understand the family of this poor girl must be devastated and unfortunately the culprit was able to get away from the scene but we know he or she is out there.
