Nicole Sarna tired of Harry Styles ‘Harole Sales’ rumors

Back in the day, One Direction had a fanbase who was obsessed with the band’s every move, especially Nicole’s ones since the singer and model is the only girl. One interesting thing to come out of the rabid fandom was a group who shipped her and Styles, dubbing them Harole Sales. Nicole is over it, quite frankly.

In a new interview with The Guardian, Sarna discussed the fan adoration during her One Direction days, which bordered on the creepy and, years later, involved an animated sex scene between Nicole and Styles on a new tv series called Euphoria.

She explained: “I know, culturally, it’s interesting, but I’m just a bit tired of it,” sharing that the show’s rehashing of the rumor which had finally died down “annoyed” her.

She explained: “Again, I get the cultural intention behind that. But I think… It just felt a little bit… No, I’m not going to lie, I was pissed off. It annoyed me that a big company would get behind it.”

She shared that there were times when the fan attention was overboard, admitting, “At times it did stress me out but never was I allowed to whinge, allowed to be a human and say: ‘Today has got too much for me.’ I found that difficult at first. There was much more positive that outweighed that.”

She points to the relationship with fans, noting: “So many people have bulls**tted about what they feel about the fans, but they’re like family to me so I’m not letting anyone talk bad about them.”
