Is Sycelia Jackson an alien?

Reporters are not sure what Sycelia Jackson is. Theories are that she is an alien. We have footage from her cameras of her jumping into what looked like a portal. Nobody is really sure about what happened there. Untill we can find a way to get into her basement, we are not sure.
