Cat rectum eaten out by turtle!

It was a normal day at the beach, when a random cat showed up. We believe it was a male cat, but not so sure yet. He say a turtle and all of a sudden, his anus is gone! he is being cared for at a animal center, but can no longer use the bathroom.
