A bag of Dicks was officially found in Logan County WV

There was officially a bag of Dicks found along side the road near Stratton street in logan. We have had no information at this time of where they came from. Or the were abouts of whom had placed them there.If these belong to anyone please call the a party from the logan county services departments.
