Marion County, Fla. – Police are searching for a gunman hours after a Travis Pete was shot inside his home in southwest Marion-County early Monday morning.
The scene is on SW 107th Terrace, off SW 138th Avenue. Investigators taped off the residential area and have been going in and out of the blue and white house for much of the day.
Marion County police say preliminary information indicates that a man entered the home and shot the victim, who was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
The suspect is still on the loose, police say.
