Tanglin Trust School, an English curriculum school caught one case of the coronavirus. Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Ministry of Education (MOE) are still unsure if anyone who has been in close contact with this person has the virus. Their results are still pending.
The boy who caught Covid-19 was a student in the Senior School Department. He is self isolated now. People in that year group with help of tracking with Trace Together who was in close contact with that person may be on a 14 day quarantine, says Ministry of Health (MOH). The school will now be closed for 2 weeks and are planning to re-open after Chinese New Year.
