A teacher in Arizona has been stealing his students dogs and murdering them, he was put in jail but recently got out and is running around Main, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Police have found a board that is saying where his next destination is: Florida, Louisiana, Kentucky and Texas. He is heading towards Texas because they are going through some rough times,and people will not be alert for their dogs protection. Stay safe and protect your dog.
